Yellow Springbok believes that a good business is an ethical business. Our Customer Charter is a reminder to our clients, partners, associates and ourselves of the duty and code of practice that we have put in place for the running our business.
We have six guiding principles to which all our representatives adhere. They are:
- Honest. They won't try to confuse you with technical talk, swindle you out of your hard-earned property investment or take advantage of a difficult financial situation.
- Respectful. They will always treat you courteously, as an equal human being who has feelings and concerns.
- Egalitarian. They won't treat you differently because you're old, young, tall, short, vulnerable, unwell, of a different sexual orientation, have special needs or don't speak English as your first language.
- Understanding. They will respect any worries or misapprehensions you have in dealing with us. They will try to allay the fears that arise through a lack of familiarity with our practices by explaining in terms you're comfortable with.
- Reassuring. They will only contact you at reasonable times of the day and, if they should need to call on you at your home, they will always carry identification.They will happily wait while you verify their credentials.
- Ethical. They will do business in a transparent, reliable manner in which you can have complete confidence. Your privacy will be respected at all times.
